I weighed in at 250 pounds this morning. I've been pretty overwhelmed lately leading to a lot of bad decisions. Things look to be making a positive turn this week so I'm hoping to have better news to report next Thursday.

Week 15 - Day 99 - 266 Days Remaining
I weighed in at 249 pounds today, losing the weight I had gained over the holidays.
I injured my ankle this past Sunday and haven't been able to train. I don't know how I injured it though, I went to bed Saturday night and everything was fine, but when I woke up on Sunday I could hardly walk on it. It seems to be mostly healed and is only twinging a little today. I hope to resume training asap.

Happy New Year!!!
I weighed in at 254 pounds this morning, gaining four pounds over the Christmas and New Years holidays. Not bad considering how I ate! Now, back to business.

Skipped, slept in.
