Happy New Year!!!
I weighed in at 254 pounds this morning, gaining four pounds over the Christmas and New Years holidays. Not bad considering how I ate! Now, back to business.
Breakfast
Skipped, slept in.
Lunch
2 egg whites and 1 whole egg [2P]
1 ounce ham [1P]
1 cup grapes [2C]
1 mandarin orange [1C]
1/3 tsp. olive oil [1F]
6 whole almonds [2F]
Afternoon Snack
Skipped, lunch was late so no real time for a snack.
Dinner
3 ounces fish [3P]
1/2 cup carroty vegetables [1C]
1 apple [2C]
21 peanuts [3.5F]
Evening Snack
1 ounce hard cheese [1P]
1/2 cup grapes [1C]
6 peanuts [1F]
