Day 183 - 182 Days Remaining - 97 Days to First Goal Weight (220 pounds)

I'm mostly recovered from being sick, again. Since I haven't been able to work out I focused on my diet and did pretty well (sorry my posting has been lax).

I weighed in at 238.6 pounds this morning down 3.6 pounds from last week's 242.2 pounds!

My excitement is tempered a bit by not having worked out. I don't know that this isn't just muscle loss and that I'll gain the weight right back now that I can train again. Hopefully, I'll lose more fat from training than I gain back in muscle and it'll be a wash.

Anyway, it was a good week.

Muscle weight - fat weight - either way you don't have to carry it around with you anymore!
