No workout last night, but I did manage to catch a cold.  Yay!  My hamstrings are mostly recovered now, so hopefully I can do something productive tonight.

Breakfast
1 whole egg and 2 egg whites [2P]
1 ounce ham [1P]
1/2 cup milk [0.5P/0.5C]
1 English muffin [3C]
1 tsp. olive oil [1F]
6 almonds [2F]

Lunch
4 ounces baked salmon [4P]
1 cup green beans [1C]
1 cup sliced carrots [2C]
21 peanuts [3.5F]

Afternoon Snack
1/2 ounce ham [0.5P]
1/2 ounce cheese [0.5P]
1/3 banana [1C]
6 peanuts [1F]

Dinner
