I really need to get in a workout! Tonight, barring disaster, a workout will occur!
I did do a workout tonight! I did half of my regular circuit routine. I couldn't find my regular step so I used a two foot box from the living room. That was a huge difference! I almost had a visit from pukie. Note to self, the big step makes a big difference!
Breakfast
1 whole egg and 2 egg whites [2P]
1 ounce ham [1P]
1/2 cup skim milk [0.5P/0.5C]
1 English muffin [3C]
1 tsp. olive oil [1F]
6 almonds [2F]
Lunch
3 ounces ham [3P]
1 1/2 cup mixed fruit [3C]
21 peanuts [3.5F]
Afternoon Snack
1 stick string cheese [1P]
1/2 cup mixed fruit [1C]
3 almonds [1F]
Dinner
3 1/2 ounces venison steak [3.5P]
1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables [3C]
21 peanuts [3.5F]
Yummy, venison!
Evening Snack
1 ounce cheese [1P]
strawberries [1C]
6 peanuts [1F]
