Day 176 - 189 Days Remaining - 104 Days to First Goal Weight (220 pounds)
This was a bad week for me. My Monday workout had me literally hobbling for two days. Today, I don't waddle like a duck, but my hamstrings are still really sore. My diet hasn't been bad, but not good this week either. I need to pull my proverbial crap together.
I weighed in at 242.2 pounds this morning, which is almost exactly what I weighed in at last Thursday.
Breakfast
1 egg and 2 egg whites [2P]
1 ounce ham [1P]
1 English muffin [3C]
2 tsp. olive oil [2F]
3 almonds [1F]
Lunch
3 ounces ham [3P]
2/3 cup peas [2C]
1/2 apple [1C]
21 peanuts [3.5F]
Afternoon Snack
1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese [1P]
1/2 apple [1C]
3 almonds [1F]
Dinner
4 ounces baked salmon [4P]
2/3 cup peas [2C]
1/3 cup mixed vegetables [1.5C]
21 peanuts [3.5F]
Evening Snack
1/2 ounce ham [0.5P]
1/2 ounce cheese [0.5P]
1/3 banana [1C]
3 almonds [1F]
