Day 169 - 196 Days Remaining - 111 Days to First Goal Weight (220 pounds)
I took my measurements this morning. My waist was 42 1/4" and I weighed in at 242.8 pounds. I plan to resume my workouts tonight, hopefully getting in a run.
The math still works out to get me to my goal weight on time if everything goes well. I have 16 weeks to lose 23 pounds. If I can average two pounds per week I'll hit my goal weight with four weeks to spare. The way things have been going lately though, I think I'll need every day I can get!
Breakfast
1 whole egg [1P]
1 ounce ham [1P]
1/2 cup skim milk [0.5P/0.5C]
1/2 banana [1.5C]
3 whole almonds [1F]
1 1/2 tsp. olive oil [1.5F]
Not terribly balanced this morning, but not very hungry either.
Lunch
3 1/2 ounces roast beef [3.5P]
1/2 cup grapes [1C]
cabbage and carrots [2.5C]
21 peanuts [3.5F]
Afternoon Snack
Skipped, didn't pack one.
Dinner

We're supposed to have tacos tonight, I'll try to balance those out a bit.
