Circuit training tonight. I'm sore from the last two days, so it ought to be fun.
Breakfast
2 egg whites and 1 whole egg [2P]
1 ounce ham [1P]
1/2 cup skim milk [0.5P/0.5C]
1 banana [3C]
1 tsp. olive oil [1F]
7 1/2 whole almonds [2.5F]
Lunch
3 1/2 ounces baked chicken [3.5P]
1 1/4 cup green beans [1C]
1 apple [2C]
10 1/2 whole almonds [3.5F]
Afternoon Snack
1 stick string cheese [1P]
1/3 cup applesauce [1C]
3 whole almonds [1F]
I also snacked on the in-shell peanuts that are in my area at work.
Dinner
